Imageries

Fri, Nov 18, 2022

The event is curated by the art critic Monica Ferrarini of the MFeventi Association and has had the moral patronage of the Lazio Region and the I Municipio Roma Centro. The exhibition outlines a varied plot between innovative dialogues through which the artists exploit multiple narratives through works capable of opening new imaginative horizons and which substantiate all the richness of various approaches to the image. Each creation reveals itself through an incisive personality, free from fixed schemes and rules, which outlines, among other things, the ability to know how to go beyond traditional standards, transforming and reinterpreting forms and images of the most conventional art in order to communicate one's inner universe. Textures, shapes and colors materialize an intimate and private space that encourages us to reflect through artistic creation and above all encourages the bystander to seek a personal interpretation of him. And so infinite imaginative scenarios come to life through the eyes of the observer whose feeling is satisfied by the energy flow that intersects between the different creative expressions.

Rossocinabro

Fri, Jul 15, 2022 to Fri, Aug 31, 2022

Artists are well aware that art is the only means of expressing one's individuality. The 'New Worlds' exhibition is a collection of works that Rossocinabro has hosted in recent months. The porosity of the architecture, the language, the houses, the streets, the cafes, the habits, the faces, the history, the books, the skies, the trees, the light, the rooms, the fables, the diaries, acquire clear outlines, as if finally fixed in vivid, melancholy, lovable, sensitive snapshots, present.

Colors of Humanity Art Gallery (map)

Colors of Humanity Art Gallery was created to help artists gain exposure and further their careers. With [our] monthly online juried art shows, artists can gain experience in competitions, increase much needed international exposure and recognition, boost their resumes, and have an opportunity to win prize money. These are all valuable elements in having a flourishing art career.

Each month has a different themed juried art show. December 2020’s show, “Blue,” will run December 1-31, 2020.

Artists from around the world were called to submit their work. There were 169 accepted entries and they came from 22 different states in the USA, as well as 18 other locations: Belarus, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. A variety of styles and mediums were entered, including but not limited to acrylic, alcohol ink, colored pencil, digital, linocut, mixed media, oil, pastel, pen and ink, photography, plastic, scratchboard, spray paint, tempera, and watercolor. The judging criterion was originality, interpretation, quality, demonstration of ability, and usage of medium. Other factors, such as the clarity of the images provided and their ability to be viewed online, as well as relating to the theme, also contributed [our] decision. “Best of Show”, “First Place”, and “Second Place” winners received a monetary award in addition to special recognition.”
